Transfer a participant from a call you're on now to somewhere else.

Transferring calls is core to the user experience, and in 23shout it's easy to do.

Specify both the transfer type (either to a bucket or a user) and the relevant user/bucket ID.

You'll also need the Request ID and Participant ID in question, which can be obtained from the LiveCall API.

The destination type, either a bucket or an agent.

Allowed:
int32

The destination ID, if type is 'agent' this will be a user ID, if type is 'bucket' then it's a bucket ID.
